The students revise time telling and learn some vocabulary for routine activities.
Target language: time telling, vocabulary for routine activities, present simple first and third person.
In this lesson about daily routines, students will revise telling the time in English, then be introduced to a new set of vocabulary by the teacher through the use of flashcards. The students will then practice forming sentences by combining time telling and the new vocabulary to describe their daily routine. Then, the students will talk together and find out about each other’s daily routines. The lesson plan suggests a memory game and comic strip drawing as possible extension activities.
