Imran Kazmi on meeting Rembrandt

This year the British Council Libraries in Pakistan supported painter Imran Kazmi. Imran came to London to study the painting ‘Saskia’ by Rembrandt at the National Portrait Gallery. Watch the video to find out what his experiences have been like and how he became an artist.

About the artist

Imran was born in Kasur, Pakistan in 1993. He studied at the National College of Arts in 2013. He mainly uses oil paints and his subject is usually women and flowers. Music: ‘inspirational pop rock’ CC AShamaluev.
