How to apply

The documents that must be submitted to form your tender response are listed below. All documents required as part of your tender response should be submitted to by the extended deadline of 15 January 2017.  When email their proposal, applicants must clearly mention “Response to RFP: Building Resilience” in the subject line.

12.2 Interested agencies will be required to submit a maximum 10-page proposal detailing the following:

  1. Profile of the agency, highlighting:
  • Technical capacity & expertise (including profiles of in-house personnel) to deliver the research
  • Prior experience with carrying out research on a similar subject and in a similar context
  • Resources (human and physical) to carry out surveys, focus groups and interviews in selected communities
  1. Preliminary Literature Review, with sources
  2. Proposed methodology, including:
  • Research approach
  • Sampling, including geographic spread and target organizations/institutions to be surveyed
  • Survey design (including sample questionnaires)
  • Research plan
