To ensure that IT hardware, software, networks and systems for all British Council Pakistan operations and British Council Library operations are managed effectively and efficiently
To lead, drive and improve British Council Pakistan Information Technology (IT) strategy, platform and network across all offices to support business development
To ensure that the performance of IT systems and services meet service level standards and adhere to corporate policies, including IT security, information management and acceptable IT usage.
