The purpose of this role is to proactively manage relationships to ensure we understand our partners strategies, exceed their needs and grow our share of their business we deliver. To ensure our offer to awarding bodies remains relevant, up to date and customer focused and positions us as the partner of choice in the overseas Exams delivery in Pakistan. To work closely with Head of Business Development, Examinations, Pakistan to strategically lead and ensure our value-add offer for our EXAMS business remains relevant and customer focused, impact led and value driven.

Role overview
- Own stretching sales and volume-based targets in line with country, regional and global business objectives.
- Develop and implement key account relationships strategy with defined success criteria and measurable output in terms of sales, volumes and customer satisfaction.
- Lead on key client relationships with representatives of various examination boards, regulatory and other stakeholders in-country while championing British Council’s thought leadership in assessments sector
- Provide leadership in assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on regular basis.
- To identify CS initiatives and work on them in collaboration with CS and BI teams and implement customer satisfaction initiatives and solutions that best meet customer needs and organizational goals through collaboration with other functional leads.
- Work in close liaison with Business Pursuit Lead to create and maintain a pipeline of leads that will be serviced by Business Pursuit team.
- Work with other functional heads to achieve excellence of B2C and B2B customer experience based on customer feedback while embedding sales and operational planning model.
- Understand and foresee country conditions to spot and act on opportunities and work with marketing to drive market intelligence framework capturing actionable insights for evidence-led approach to achieve sales targets. Providing timely feedback on commercial planning scenarios that have changed.
- Setting targets for, drive, monitor and evaluate performance of key accounts relationship team while upholding a customer service and market-oriented culture.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure sufficient availability of sales material and collateral.
- Responsible for budget planning, monitoring, reporting and sales forecasting
- Achieving sales/ account targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
