Saturday, 07 March 2026 - 14:00 to 15:00
There are parts of us that the world sees everyday - our roles, our responsibilities, our strength. And then there are parts of us that we carry quietly.

We are teaming up with Aaiza Ahmad of Mindscape for this exclusive, Women's Day Special one-hour guided workshop inviting women to explore both the visible and the unseen through simple, accessible creative exercises using just paper and pen. No artistic skill is needed - only willingness to pause and reflect.

Through structured prompts and gentle guidance, participants will engage with identity, inner voice, and personal awareness in a safe online environment. Because not everything unspoken is invisible. Sometimes, it just needs space to be acknowledged.
