Burnout is a silent epidemic from students under academic pressure to professionals balancing work-life. Mental well-being remains taboo in many communities. This program provides you a safe space to learn, share, and seek support.
Experts will explore burnout’s causes and effects while breaking stigma around mental health. There will be one-on-one sessions with certified psychologists from House of Pebbles covering the topics of stress, anxiety, relationships, anger, grief, and more.
