We are teaming up with Aaiza Ahmad of Mindscape for an exclusive and unique digital workshop for women on Women’s Day that blends art therapy and mindfulness to celebrate the resilience, beauty, and strength of womanhood.
In this interactive online session, we will reflect on our personal journeys as women—our challenges, triumphs, and the grace we carry within. Through a guided mandala-making and mindful line-drawing exercise, participants will explore their inner strength and self-expression in a safe and empowering space.
This workshop is perfect for women seeking healing, self-discovery, and creative reflection. No prior art experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Come and create your own visual story of empowerment with us!
