Calling all female readers with a love for reading for an afternoon filled with excitement and connectivity at our Lahore library for an All Girls Book Club!
We are teaming up with Books Sanctuary and Socialites Pakistan Community who are working towards providing safe and inclusive events for women to sit together and discuss literature, the importance of storytelling, and its impact on our daily lives. Join us at the British Council Lahore library and get a chance to explore your favourite books in a vibrant and inclusive environment!
In this session, we will be discussing Untamed by Glennon Doyle, a powerful and empowering memoir about a woman's struggles as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, author, and humanitarian. The memoir also explores the themes of self-discovery, authenticity, and breaking free from societal expectations.
The book discussion will be followed by a creative writing activity where the participants will be encouraged to write letters to themselves and share them with the audience.
