For Site Visit:

For site visit on 27 January 2026, kindly send email to mohammad.qasim@britishcouncil.org.pk copying muhammad.qureshi@britishcouncil.org & tahira.kaleem@britishcouncil.org by providing the following information:

  • Name of the company
  • POC Name
  • POC Cell Number
  • CNIC Number (original CNIC card must be carried while visiting)
  • During your visit, kindly prepare a list of any questions you may have regarding the requirement and share them with mohammad.qasim@britishcouncil.org.pk by 29 January 2026.
  •  All clarification requests should be submitted on mohammad.qasim@britishcouncil.org.pk only by 29 January 2026.
  •  Your quotation and other supporting documents in the format listed in the RFP documents must be submitted to mohammad.qasim@britishcouncil.org.pk by 06 February 2026.
