This workshop will equip participants with the essential tools and techniques to become skilled negotiators. 

Key topics covered:

1. Prepare Effectively: Develop strong negotiation strategies and identify your goals and priorities.
2. Active Listening: Understand the needs and interests of the other party to build rapport and trust.
3. Effective Communication: Use clear and concise language to convey your message and persuade others.
4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Find creative solutions to challenges and make informed decisions.
5. Handling Difficult Conversations: Learn how to navigate tough situations with grace and professionalism.

Workshop Objectives:

1. Enhance participants' negotiation skills and confidence.
2. Improve their ability to achieve win-win outcomes.
3. Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Build effective negotiation strategies for various situations.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify their negotiation style and adapt it to different situations.
2. Negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Build strong relationships and partnerships.

5. Achieve their goals while maintaining positive relationships.

About the facilitator:

Shamim Sheikh is an English language trainer with nearly five years of experience working with learners of all ages. Holding degrees in fine arts, engineering, and a CELTA from the University of Cambridge, Shamim has a strong passion for corporate training and has successfully led various projects with the British Council in addition to delivering trainings as a communicative English trainer.
