The primary objective of this requirement is to find a suitable partner for running the British Council Information Centre (BCIC) in Pakistan to ensure consistent, efficiency, security, integrity, standardisation and scalability in the delivery process across the country. The scope of the contract with the service provider includes answering phone calls, making outbound calls, answering emails and social media responses (i.e. Facebook, Twitter etc) across Pakistan with a high level of quality and consistency.Further details in the supporting documents.
